Redrying is normally not required for E6013 rutile electrodes but depends on Manufacturer's recommendation.Based on some amufacturer's recommendation redryiong is performed at 125-250degC.

Dear Mr.M. Sagukumar, As per my experience the redrying or backing temperature for E-6013 electrode is 90-100 o'Celcius. Not more than that it will loosen the coating. These are not the Low Hydrogen electrodes. PANKAJ
