Dear Mauricio,
Please provide code of construction.
In general ASTM A335 P91 requires PWHT for all thickness. For more detail, specify the code of construction and application.
For filler material, it is suggested to use E9018-B9 (SFA 5.5) for SMAW & ER90S-B9 (SFA 5.28) for GTAW processes. Both the filler materials shall meet the minimum yield and tensile strength of WPHY-70.
Precautions such as preheating of 250ºC and post heating of 300ºC for ½ to 1 hour would reduce problems related to hydrogen induced cracking. After post heating, PWHT shall be carried out in accordance with design code.
