As per my experience, PED and EN shall be qualified separately.
They will not consider ASME qualifications and test results.
I have done All as per EN standard for previous project.
Expert shall correct my answer also.

Subject: [MW:31394] Regarding welding qualification ASME Section IX v/s EN15614-1.
Dear Sir,
I have some queries regarding welding qualification of ASME &EN Code.
Following queries as mentioned below:
1) can we use qualified WPQR as per ASME IXwith additional test as required in BS EN ISO 15614-1-2017+A12019 for design code PED.
2) How to decide the level 1 or 2 for welding as per BS EN ISO 15614-1-2017+A12019
3) Is it essential to mention both the test methods that is ASME & EN in lab test report?
4) welder qualification test carried out as per EN ISO 9606 -2019 under TPI. should required to qualify the same by notified body or can we use the same as per PED code 2014/68/EU annex I para 3.1.2.
We have already qualified WPS & PQR as per ASME Sec.IX with supplementary testing of Micro, Hardness, Impact & LPT. Can we use the same for PED.
Awaiting for your reply.
Thanks & Regards
Vivek
