Don't weld P91 directly to Stainless steel,
Embrittlement off one or both of the materials will be your part, depending on the PWHT.
 
This is a serious warning

According to the bibliography min hardness on P91 should be 191 HV

Hardness only on HAZ of P91 is to be around 230Hv
