Re: [MW:24752] PRESSURE TESTING OF CONTROL VALVES

Dear Mr.Jijilal,

Pl. Refer IEC 60534-4 , ISA 75-19-01 and ANSI / FCI 70-2 for pressure tests on Control valves.

As per IEC 60534-4 it is mandatory for 100% quantities of control valves to be pressure tested by the manufacturer.

Regards,
PARAG PANSARE

Dear Experts,

I've a concern regarding , valves.

our client is insisting to submit individual pressure test  certificates of control valves , for 6" & above lines.

but the valve supplier's provided  certificate showing,it  is for 60  valves of same kind.

Is each valve  no need to pressure tested at manufacturer's premise before delivery? which code / std  refers individual/random  pressure test criteria  of valves?
