Kindly recommend to care about pre- heating for minimum 300°F and maximum interpass around 600 °F ,after welding cover/wrap it by proper heat reaistant blanket so that it cool down slowly.
For PWHT just look at the MTR or mill maker recommendation. However be aware that holding temp is around 1000°F usaully.
After stress relief MPI is recomanded.
