[MW:23117] welding 4340 to A36

Hello Experts

We are going to welding 4340 to 1020 with FCAW . I know 4340 has potential for Cracking after welding ,so i`m looking for advise on welding and PWHT and backing during and after finished job

4340 in our part is with Normalized and tempered  . and no quench on it based on customer spec to catching specific hardness.

please share your experience  with me.
