Hello Pradip,
As mentioned below by Gerald and Dr. Georgios Dilintas(in another email) , a bake out @ 250-300 Deg C for 1-2 hrs would be advisable. The variables are :-
- section thickness(25 mm or more)
- H4 or Non H8 category of welding consumables.
If welding is done by GTAW (all through) then bake out may not be required at all or could be very minimal, @ 30 mins max (for mental comfort), to satisfy all requirements.

Please refer API Recommended Practice 934-A regarding Post Heating or DeHydrogenation Treatment
Recommended 300degC for min 1Hour.
