Please read my answers in RED below.
 
1.Is it mandatory that B.Tech/B.E with FIRST CLASS required for IWE?

Ans: For IWE, B.Tech / B.E or equivalent recognised engineering degree is only required.
 
2. Is it mandatory that candidate must be a member of IIW?

Ans: NO. IWE is open to all.
 
3. Is it mandatory that the candidate must have 1 year experience in welding?

Ans: The candidate must have min. 5 years experience after engineering degree.
