thanks for your valuable help & also i am very sorry for my late reply.as you asked about design temperature is 530 deg celcius, and base materail thickness is 6.55mm,PWHT is applicable as we are doing welding coil piping for fired heater.finally may i use these ER Ni Cr-3 filler wire for the following dissimilar materials.waiting for your help.

Hi,
Before suggesting the suitable consumables, you need to mention the
some of the other information like Design temperature & thickness of
base material.
Some of the consumables are not suitable for high temperature service
for e.g 309/309L cannot be used for design temperature more than 315
deg C.
Some general recommendations as mentioned below.
1) P9 to SS310 - ER NiCr-3 (SFA 5.14) or E NiCrFe-2 (SFA 5.11) If the
design temp is more than 538 deg C. (PWHT requirement based on the
base material thickness according to respective design code).
2) P9 to HK40 (centrifugal casting material) - ER NiCr-3 (SFA 5.14) or
E NiCrFe-2 (SFA 5.11). (PWHT requirement based on the base material
thickness according to respective design code).
Hope the above information guide you something.
Cheers!
Raj
