Dear Joshi,
I did not read your document properly, I just saw that you specify 110 MPa at a temperature of 380 °C but this 110 MPa is maximum allowed at 400 °C for thickness up to 50 mm. For your thickness of 75 mm max allowed is 100 MPa at 400 °C. I don’t have any experience with how to calculate values allowed for temperatures between 350 °C and 400 °C. Still hope the copy below will help you further.

Dear Joshi,
Please find below a part of table 6 of specification EN 10273 which replaces the mentioned DIN 17243 specification.
You can see that the “Werkstoff nummer” of the material P250GH is similar to the number of C22.8, both 1.0460 so this is the same material but only according to the new European standard, the DIN specification is withdrawn so I can’t find/give you a copy of that.
As you can see you can calculate with values up to 237 MPa at 100°C depending on material thickness.

Dear Friends,
I attach here the Design calculation of flanges done by our consultant according to AD-Merkblatter. The flange rating is PN-40. The DIN Flange material is C22.8 DIN 17243 AD-W12/W13 , WERKSTOFF NUMBER IS 1.0460. According to Table of Material Equivalent Chart as reference , The equivalent material of this flange is A105N.
The client want us to confirm the validity of the K-value given in the calculation at the designated temperature. I don't have any reference cannot find the list of K-VALUE d list for the flange to check on its value. If using PVElite and ASME Sect VIII Div 1, For Flange of A105 , the design stress value at 100 Degree C. will be at 120 N/mm3. Can I use that and show it to the client?.
