Hi,
If it is esab flux OK 10.62 & wire OK autrod 12.32, it will give same tensile strength after PWHT also.
Refer esab welding handbook.
Thanks & Regards

Dear all,
My vendor is using WPS as follows:
Process - FCAW + SAW
Base Metal - S355 K2G3/ API 2H /2W GR 50
Thickness - 50 mm & above
Wire for FCAW - E71T-1
Wire for SAW - EH 12K & Flux - F 7A8
Preheat Temp.- 100 to 125 deg.C
PWHT Temp. - 500 to 520 deg.C
As per ASME Sec - II C Flux to be used shall be F 7P8 ( A denotes- as weld conditions &
P denotes for PWHT)
As WPS includes PWHT Flux shall be used F 7P8.
Pl. guide me, weather flux used by the vendor is acceptable & if not what is to be done for the weld joints, those have been welded till date.
Pl. reply urgently.
