Dear experts,
-- I am qualifying 2 welder on 20" pipeline. One half welder by welder A and other half welder B. The RT result shows Welder A side failed and Welder B side passed.
Query : Both the welders are rejected as the coupon has failed or should I consider welder A and welder B passed.
Any code reference or interpretation on similar case will be helpful.
