Hi all,

Anybody having experience in Aluminum Bronze - C63000 to carbon steel welding (full penertration fillet weld) if so please share following details.
1. Type of filler wire - GTAW
2. Type of Electrode - SMAW.
3. Interpass temperature, Is it required to maintain interpass temp. With heating coil.
4. Heat input requirements if any.
5. If no sound weld, what type of defects we can expect.
6. Other than DP, what other NDT we can use to find defects if any.

With regards,
