[MW:28394] PIPES WITH CLADDING AS PER API 5LD.

Dear Experts

There is a doubt if the Seamless pipes are procured and Cladded as per API 5LD. Will these pipes be considered as per API 5LD. Catch point is in case the pipes are not manufactured as per API Specifications.

Secondly is it a must that pipes to be Cladded are manufactured as per API?
