Dear All,

I have to conduct pneumatic test at 13 kg for 7 mtr. dia X 65 mtr. long pressure vessel.

As compressor required for such a huge test is hardly available, we are trying to convince client that pneumatic testing is risky as copmapred to hydro testing.

Kindly submit any evidences of accidents happened due to pneumatic testing of pressure vessels.

Also technical comparison of   pneumatic & hydro testing.
