Dear Sir,
My Qualified PQR is on 10 mm Plate thickness with P1 to P8 material. Now my Heat exchanger Tube sheet is P8 SA240 304 37 mm Thk and my shell is SA 516 gr.70 10 mm Thk.
Joint details is as shown below sketch. Kindly pls conform me can I do or not. Because I get 50-50% answer without any technical clarification. If possible pls help.

Now as per QW-202.4 Thicker member Thickness shall be within the range permitted by QW-451. My thicker member thickness is 37 mm.
Kindly pls explain me to can I use WPS yes or No with explanation.
