I have to weld SA 516 Gr.70 (37mm Thk) Tube sheet to SA 516 Gr.70 (10 mm Thk) Shell as per below given weld details.

I have Qualified WPS of  P1 to P1 material for 20 mm max. Base metal Thikness.

Now as per QW-202.4 Thicker member Thickness shall be within the range permitted by QW-451. My thicker member thickness is 37 mm.

Kindly pls explain me to can I use WPS yes or No with explanation.
