Dear All,
Recently we received some 4" 45 degree elbow(A234,WPB),but as per the mill certificates they manufactured these elbows from 3" pipe by forging.
Kindly confirm,Is it acceptable or not.
If its acceptable,please give me the reference of acceptance.
