If you are using KK make transuducer, they will provide DGS Diagram along with Probe and use that as your distance & size of disc reflector requirment.
or 
You can use for 3 mm FBH what is the equivalent SDH size approx using the formula and proceed.
Regarding formula some one can help Puneet. I am having in my notes somewhere right now its not handy for me.
