Plates: 75 mm and 50 mm thick plates
Weld Type: Fillet weld on both sides (assumption unless stated otherwise)
Loading: Static or dynamic? AWS D1.1 differs for each.

This table gives minimum fillet weld sizes based on thicker part in the joint:
