With attached code ref. you can use EN ISO 15614-1 WPQR test results for preparation of WPS/PQR as per ASME BPVC Sec. IX.

Both codes are not identical,
Both codes having separate formats. Mechanical testings tensile and bend
test same for both codes. So after testing you can write WPS for ASME and
PED separate.
