Max heating rate: 222C/hr /max metal thickness (in inches)
Max cooling rate: 280C/hr / max metal thickness (in inches)
So your PQR thickness is 50 mm => 2 inch.
So, In your case:
max heating rate is 111C/hr
Max cooling rate is 140 C/hr.
