[MW:34803] Re: SIMULATION HEAT TREATMENT OF PQR REG.

Please Qualify a New PQR's, as per your given information PQR's Qualify in,
Minimum PWHT Cycle:
Temp. 610°C
Time : Soaking Time 55 Minutes
Other : Rate of Heating 205°C/hr.
 Rate of Cooling 180°C/hr.
Maximum PWHT Cycle:
Temp. 610°C
Time : Soaking Time 165 Minutes or 600 Minutes**
Other : Rate of Heating 205°C/hr.
 Rate of Cooling 180°C/hr.

All testing, including tensile, bend, hardness, and impact tests, shall be conducted after both Minimum PWHT and Maximum PWHT. The size and dimensions of the test coupons will be determined according to testing requirements and coordinated with the testing laboratory.

(**Note: The duration of 600 minutes was chosen because it provides a comprehensive solution for potential future requirements, including simulations involving 6-7 PWHT cycles for other clients.)

Dear Sir's,

can you please explain for the blow how i can resolve the client comments:

Client comments on PQR:

"All PQR's shall be qualified with simulation Heat Treatment  with minimum of 3 PWHT Cycles and the applicable testings also to be done on the both minimum and maximum  PWHT Condition"

PQR done as below:

Temp. 610°C
Time : Soaking Time 55 Minutes
Other : Rate of Heating 205°C/hr.
 Rate of Cooling 180°C/hr.
