[MW:34789] SS 310 TO SS 316 & SS316 TO SS304 Welding joint qualification & filler wire

Dear Expert,

We have PQR base metal SS304 TO SS304 & filler wire ER 308L 

I have the following question 

1)Can we weld SS310 TO SS316 with the above pqr and what will be the filler for the same?

2)Can we weld SS316 TO SS304 with the above pqr and what will be the filler for the same?
