[MW:34464] Compressed Gas Cylinders manufacturing as per DOT 4BW 450 & 500

Dear expert,

Can anyone guide me for mechanical testing requirements for mentioned in subject cylinders as per codes and Wps & PQR other welding requirements. 

Type of materials used in it. 

Please tell me if someone working & manufacturing this type cylinders.
