[MW:32778] Corrosion Resistant Overlay over Carbon steel Preheat Requirements

Dear Welding Experts,

Preheat to be maintained or not for overlay of filler metal E309L-17 over carbon steel.

Any ASME clause referring to that, is highly appreciated.
