At manufacturing stage it is heating at 1050 degC and quenching to block tge austenite. Austenite it is an out of equilibrium phase. The same heat treatment could be implemented if after welding the ferite no us higher than specified. However this is impractical. In that case cut and replace

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
