[MW:26668] Difference between MANDATORY APPENDIX II & VIII of ASME SECTION V for eddy current testing

Hi,

In ASME sec V what is broad difference between Mandatory Appendix-VIII-& Mandatory Appendix-II.
Both mandatory Appendix is for EDDY CURRENT EXAMINATION OF NONFERROMAGNETIC HEAT

EXCHANGER TUBING.
