               I have checked all the tables in sec IX; no where mentioned QW-406.6 as essential variable or essential variable.
 
        But in page 69 in sec IX it states that A change in nominal size of electrode or diameter specified in the WPS. I couldn't understand this statement. Can somebody explain me please?
