Assuming you do have a 3 mm FBH, what next as regards the acceptance criteria - what are your ARL, PRL or reject levels? Please get it cleared from your client. Then may be I can help you.

If you are using KK make transuducer, they will provide DGS Diagram along with Probe and use that as your distance & size of disc reflector requirment. or You can use for 3 mm FBH what is the equivalent SDH size approx using the formula and proceed.
