Below information is for your clarification,
If you qualify with 26- 28 voltage the range of qualification for voltage is 24.18 - 29.96V and Current 153A - 198A.
For CVN for 25mm range of qualification is 12 to unlimited. For 6mm range of qualification is 6mm to 12mm. Inorder to cover from 3mm, We need weld one coupon whose thickness is less than 6mm then (Eg: 5.9) it will cover from 3 mm to 11.8mm.

--Dear Sir,I need to clarify some sentences in the AWS D1.1 2025 edition1. table 6.6 PQR essential variable changes.. for voltage > 07 %, current >10% increase or decrease......if PQR qualified range 26 to 28 V and 170 to 180 A then how much value we can keep for min to max for range qualification, either consider higher side value or lower side value2. For CVN test min thick qualification 12 mm to unlimited for 25 mm thick weld coupon plate but we need below 12 mm plate thick qualification we have taken 06 mm weld coupon plate thick. but standard mentioned... minimum thickness qualification 03 mmwe need 03 mm thick ness to unlimited thickness QUALIFICATION what should do..a) either required two weld coupons 25 mm and 06 mm thickness those 25 mm weld coupons complete the limite 12 mm to unlimited and 06 mm weld coupons complete the limite 2T that is 03 mm to 12 mm Thick....Please clear this concern..
