Re: [MW:35471] Filler wire

As per my understanding, the composition is typically as follows:

Copper (Cu): 88.0 - 90.0%

Nickel (Ni): 9.0 - 11.0%

Iron (Fe): 1.0 - 2.0%

Manganese (Mn): 0.5 - 1.0%

Zinc (Zn): ≤ 1.0%

Lead (Pb): ≤ 0.05%

Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.02%

Carbon (C): ≤ 0.05%

Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.02%

Could you kindly confirm if this composition aligns with the latest specifications for SB466 C70600, or provide any additional insights regarding permissible variations?

BR,

Deerendra.

Dear expert,

What filler wire We should use to weld SB466 C70600  to SB466 C70600 material.

What parameter should we use to weld that material. Specially when it will get crack??

Thanks and regards
