Dear sourav sir,

Thanks for the information whatever you have given it is really useful for me.......

sir I want to qualify new WPS for that tube-to-tube sheet because tube thickness is only 0.9 mm and tube od is 12.5 mm because I am not having WPS which lies in this thickness. please guide...??

Dear sujit
If your code of construction is asme sec8 div1 no need of mockup you can use groove weld qualified wps for tuve to tubesheet
If code of construction is asme sec8 div2 its mandatory to do mockup.
If you have any earlier qualified tube to tubesheet mockup you can use by providing essential variable for tube to rubesheet in sec9
