We are carrying out a fabrication order which has
1) Double pipe Exchangers
MOC CS to CS
Sizes 3" X 2" NB
3" X 1" NB
2) Double pipe Exchangers
MOC SS304 to SS304
Sizes 3" X 2" NB
3) Shell and PIPE Exchangers having Pipe to tubesheet joints
Moc Tubesheet 69mm thk SA387Gr. 11 to pipe 65NB Sch 80 SA335P11 .
4) Shell and tube Exchangers having Tube SS304 to tubesheet SA387Gr. 11 joints
Moc CS to CS sizes of tube :12.7OD x 3thk
5) Shell and tube Exchangers having Tube DSS31803 to tubesheet SA516Gr. 70 joints
sizes of tube :12.7 OD x 3thk
My query is
How many mock up test are to be established.
Fabrication is as per SecVIII div 1.
