[MW:33511] Crack in forging

Hello to everyone of you.

 we have EN-24 material in supply condition of Forged+ Annealed+ P/Mc   as shown in attached pic. 

Manufacturing process is IND/LRF/VD/LHT .

Please advise the root cause of cracking.
