Hi, the recommended filler metal for welding SA516 Gr.70 to SB409 UNS N08810 is a nickel-based alloy filler metal, such as Inconel 82 (AWS A5.14 ERNiCr-3) or Inconel 625 (AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-3). These filler metals are commonly used for welding dissimilar metals with high resistance to corrosion and high-temperature applications.
