Hi, You can use the following as guideline: 

  1. Tensile Test:
  • Cut a sample from the pipe according to ASTM E8/E8M.
  • Machine the sample according to the ASTM standard.
  • Perform a tensile test on the sample according to the ASTM standard.
  1. Bending Test:
  • Cut a sample from the pipe according to ASTM A370.
  • Machine the sample according to the ASTM standard.
  • Perform a bending test on the sample according to the ASTM standard.
  1. Hardness Test:
  • Cut a sample from the pipe according to ASTM E8/E8M.
  • Machine the sample according to the ASTM standard.
  • Perform a hardness test on the sample according to the ASTM standard.
  1. Impact Test:
  • Cut a sample from the pipe according to ASTM E23.
  • Machine the sample according to the ASTM standard.
  • Perform an impact test on the sample according to the ASTM standard.
