Butyl and EPDM are products of the good quality. They are very flexible, have high elongation and tensile strength which makes them both long lasting products.
Butyl is more flexible because it contains more than 50 percent butyl polymer. EPDM can work up to - 50 deg c while Butyl up to -60 deg C . Don't find any problem with EPDM.
