if you want to use WPS up to 20mm, machined 0.4mm of nozzle. as nozzle always have excess thickness 0.8-1mm.

however your joint is 69.8 and 20mm so you must have wps qualified up to 69.8mm.
whats a nozzle dia, if inside welding possible, make double v groove as per asme b16.25.
