[MW:35316] Request for clarification about fixing the round bar.

Respected Sir,

Tank shell plate is A516 Gr.60 thk above 12.5 mm insulated tank. Can I fix a 6 mm round bar for LRB fixing in the tank shell? What can I use the electrode for fixing the 6 mm round bar? Please help me.
