Dear manoj 

       When some part of the vessel undergoes full RT and other part undergoes spot RT satisfying the requirements of UW-11 Asme sec VIII div.1 & where none of the other markings RT1, RT2 & RT3 is applicable then as per UG-116 vessel shall be marked as  "RT4".
