Dear All,We are facing cracking of tube ends , dis-bonding between tube base material and filler material during welding in Monel 400 Tube to Tubesheet Joints. Refer attached photographs.Tube MOC: SB-163 UNS-N04400; 25.0 mm OD x 2.0 mm thkTube sheet MOC: SA-336M Gr F304L + SB-127 UNS-N04400 (48 + 10 mm thick clad by Explosion Bonding)Welding: ERNiCu-7 GTAW filler size 2.0mm with Argon shielding gas.Kindly share the reason for such cracking, disbonding and Suggest Corrective and preventive actions regarding this issue.Thanks in Advance.--
