[MW:34146] RE: 34145] Advise for Weld defects during SAW Welding

What's the wire & flux make  being used. Do not provide the AWS grade alone , specify the make also. That's important.

Dear Experts, 

 

There are few issues found during SAW weld  cladding at site and are highlighted in the report. Please find attached report.

 

I have a few questions

1. Reason for such issue to occur. 

2. Is the issue of Flux (neutral basic flux) or Flux cored wire used in the process.

3. Please advise how can this be sorted out.
