[MW:34029] Regarding weld overlay with ECuNi 90/10 with the WPS ECuNi (70/30)

Dear Experts, We have equipment of weld overlay with 90/10 CuNi composition, but we have Procedure is only with 70/30 CuNi consumable. As per QW-404.37 clause our AI asked to requalify the procedure due to change of consumable. I have query can we do weld overlay of 90/10 with 70/30 consumable or we will have qualify new procedure for the same. Dear sir , I don't think you required different calibration block for CS/SS. Because if you look at Hardness tester working principal that  A hardness test is performed by pressing a specifically dimensioned and loaded object (indenter) ( Which is independent of material either CS/SS)   into the surface of the material you are testing. The hardness is determined by measuring the depth of indenter penetration or by measuring the size of the impression left by an indenter. If I am wrong .Please let me Know. Hi all, I did a procedure qualification with a 4" pipe and 150 mm plate in 5F position, as per ASME Sec IX QW-451.3 he is qualified to weld all base metal thickness and all diameters. But for WPQT, he is qualified only for 73 mm and above pipes, does that mean i have to make another performance test for 1/2" and 1" pipes separate are is he qualified to do all size of pipes. [MW:34012] Confirmation of visible Seam

Dear Expert, We have received A106 Gr. B seamless pipe with a visible seam. Refer attached photo. All the certificates and MTC' s are showing a seamless pipe. We have done an etching test with the Nital solution, No visible weld fusion line is observed after the test. Just to add, there are different types of Hardness testing like Brinell, Vickers, Rockwelll A/B/C, Rockwell superficial, Micro Hardness, Rebound Harness tester.
