[MW:33111] Post hydrotest is required for Crossings, Rivers, Railway sections as per B31.8

Dear Experts,

Please let me clear in the following question - 

Post hydrotest is mandatory for canal crossings, river, state highway, railway crossings as per B31.8, OR PNGRB guidelines, if yes please let me know the code reference.
