You stated two available WPS without stating the material you intent to weld. It is not possible to advise you on applicable wps without knowledge of the material to be welded.

7.4.1 Procedures for API SPEC 5L Grade X65 or higher shall be qualified for each specific material grade, where each grade includes the equivalent flanges and fittings with same SMYS and similar CEq. Qualification on API SPEC 5L grade X65 shall also qualify all lower grades 0 (including Grade B) for both API STD 1104 and ASME SEC IX.
