[MW:32712] SA217 Cladding using Stellite 21

Dear Experts ,

Can we using Stellite 21 cladding on top of SA 217 grade material for better reliability. It is for Petrochemical refinery gate vale withstand high temperature and high pressure.

Please advise your inputs and thoughts.
