[MW:32647] Parent materials for grade 8.8 and 5.6 bolt as IS 1367 part 3.

Dear experts,

While selecting the parent material ( Base materials ) for start manufacturing of the bolt grade 8.8 and 5.6 as reference standard IS 1367 part 3 

Please help me which parent materials required for grade 8.8 and 5.6 as IS 1367 part 3.
