Usually (as per code practice too), defined blind to be used. No, because they are produced with different standards. SS304 & SS316 refer to JIS standard Materials related to P1 and P8 refer to ASME Sec II Part A and ASTM standards. According to ASME Sec IX, the above issues are essential variables. No issue because it is come with impact tested to -45 Deg and your temp is -10 Deg you just tell your client give them code reference as this grade can use upto -45Deg so you can use it no issue in that.
