Dear All

We need to conduct Face bend and Root bend test for AA 6061-T6,  P.No.23 as per ASME Sec IX.

Thickness of PQR test coupon is 10mm.

We have machined face bend and Root bend specimens with following dimensions  - 300mm L × 38mm wide × 10mm Thick.

Can anyone explain what will be the Test jig / Mandrel dia. as per ASME Sec IX , QW 466.1.
For eg. In steels it is 4T.

Regards
